On June 14, Pink Elite proudly co-sponsored again the fund-raising event for Cancer Council NSW, "Stars of the North - Dancing for Cancer 2019". “Dancing for cancer” is organized by Cancer Council to raise funds for cancer research. The dancers are from all walks of life, with no or little dancing experience in the past, but to show their heart-felt support for cancer research, they learn dancing with a coach within a few months or even weeks, and finally put on a big show leading to the climax of the fund-raising.
This year’s dancer from Pink Elite, Lee-May Saw, is a barrister with very busy schedule. But she felt deeply for cancer research as her father was diagnosed with cancer. So she squeezed out time to practice dancing and dazzled the audience with a powerful dance on June 14 evening.
